Technology makes life easier and livable. If we are aware of almost all world, this happens with the help of technology. However, there are some advantages and disadvantages of technology.
Firstly technology has so many advantages. In this century, most of the women work out of home. This happens with the help of technology because now we have washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, even tea maker. This household utensils save time and women can easily take part in the business life. Technology has advantages in transportation. In past, people thought twice when they wanted to go somewhere. But now, we can go anywhere easily by plain, train, ship or car. Technology has advantages in medical area. In past people thought that tubercular is the most frightened and fatal disease. But now, it is not so frightened illness. Thanks to technology, we can prevent illnesses even before they spread to whole body. Technology has advantages in every area but the most important of them is communication. Now we can be aware of every part of the world. Thanks to Internet and telephones, we can easily talk and see people wherever they are. We can understand that distances are close.
Although technology makes life easier, it has some disadvantages too. Because of the ease of communication. We do not need to visit our relatives and we generally talk on the phone with them on the special days. This situation makes weak our kinship. The other disadvantage of technology is pollution. Pollution is getting bigger and bigger day by day. While we are using technology, at the same time we dirty our enviroment and air. The most important effect of air pollution is depletion of ozone layer. Do you know it means disaster? Because of the depletion of the ozone layer, sunshines are not flittered and they have harmful affect on the human body and our world. In addition to this, we give damage to forest and we deforestate our unique source of oxygen. If wo do not take any precautions, our oxygen can waste away. In my opinion most disadvantages of technology is making people fat. Technology makes us lazy. We spend so much time with the computer and we do not walk even market. We always shopping on the Internet. We do not need climbing stairs. We live motionless. Therefore, we can easily put on weight.
All in all, technology makes life easier but we should use it carefully. We should try to reduce negative effects of it.
